Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join the Zag Global team as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for upselling the products and services to the potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchasing orders, resolving customers’ queries and their complaints, and proving prompt solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone

  •  Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going

  •  Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to

  •  Understanding the products and services offered by the company  

  •  Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches

  •  Updating the database with all the customer's information

  •  Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them

  •  Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently

  •  Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers

  •  Providing an excellent customer service to the customers

  •  Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services

  •  Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations

  •  Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  •  Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new products/services

  •  Answering customers' concerns/queries

  •  Meeting sales targets assigned by the Manager

Who You Are

  • High School Diploma or minimum 2 years’ industry-relevant experience

  •  Excellent communication skills

  •  Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

  •  Creative thinking skills

  •  The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

  •  Good sales ability

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  •  Outstanding ability to follow scripts

  •  Pleasant and customer-oriented individual

  •  Working knowledge of relevant computer software

  •  The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
