Job Description

A motivated professional responsible for the success of Zag’s sales department. They will also set goals and produce monthly forecasting reports for their teams to determine the extent of budgets and targets achieved based on revenue streams for smooth running of work on a monthly basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing a team of 25 call center associates

  • Successfully managing sales teams by hitting sales targets and achieving growth

  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan while expanding customer base and ensuring the company’s strong presence

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or industry-relevant equivalent

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently    meeting or exceeding targets 

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgement, tactfulness, and diplomacy
